Proposed
The Proposed Accounts queue — unknown senders the email agent surfaces from inbound mail, ready to approve or reject.
Proposed (/accounts/proposed) is where the email agent parks unknown senders:
"Unknown senders the agent surfaced from inbound emails." When mail arrives from an address that
matches no existing account, the agent proposes a new one here for a human to confirm — so your
address book stays clean instead of filling with duplicates.

The queue
Filter by Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Superseded. Each row shows the Name, Domain, Email, Type, a Confidence score, and when it was Detected.
Approve or reject
Approve turns the proposal into a real account and drops you on the new record. Reject dismisses it and lets you leave an optional note for the audit trail ("Reject proposal"). When a better match arrives, the older proposal is marked Superseded by → the winning record. Clear the queue and you'll see "No proposed accounts" — "The agent will surface unknown senders here when classifying emails."
